In times of adverse weather conditions or matters beyond our control, Pillar Healthcare is not liable in contract negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage resulting from any failure to meet the stated delivery date howsoever caused.

While we hope you are happy with your order, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase from Pillar Healthcare, we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange if you return the item within 7 days of delivery and we are happy with the condition of the returned item.
