Pillar Healthcare’s General Terms and Conditions apply to all services. Once an order is placed with us, it becomes binding.
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT, and are listed in EUR. If we discover an error in the price of any products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
Pillar Healthcare are not liable for any taxes and/or charges that may be incurred in your jurisdiction. Please check with the relevant body before purchasing.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Laser, and MasterCard. Pillar Healthcare uses the highest level of security and encryption methods available to process your payments. We never store your card information. This means that your payment details are as secure as possible when you make a payment with us. We also strictly adhere to best practices of data protection and PCI compliance.

6. Data Protection
All data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential, and will not be shared with any third parties. Pillar Healthcare will never store your card information.
While we hope you are happy with your order, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase from Pillar Healthcare, we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange if you return the item within 7 days of delivery and we are happy with the condition of the returned item.

The customer must cover the cost of return of goods. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return the parcel using a reputable signed delivery service that ensures you for the full value of the goods as we are unable to refund any goods lost or damaged in transit. The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We also recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. With exchanges, your new item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which may be required.
We have the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the goods are returned in a condition whereby they are not saleable or they are damaged.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website and online shop. However, as computer and mobile devices displays may have different settings, we cannot guarantee that the display of any colour on various devices will be completely accurate.
We can only issue refunds or exchanges on item(s) that are received by us within 7 days of the item(s) being delivered to you.
- Delivery charges at time of purchase are non-refundable.
